Adele believes we all need to learn how to connect our body and mind and to live with confidence and purpose. Her Yoga classes will immerse you in a totally different experience and awaken many emotions along the way to make you mentally and physically stronger.  Adele’s intention is to teach you how to incorporate breathing patterns, self care, postural alignment, core strength mindful appreciation of yourself and a strong mindset to help you reach your ultimate health and wellness goal, whatever that may be.

By practising yoga on a 1-to-1 basis it allows you the individual attention you need to progress and reach you own individual goads. Indulge intelligently and live your life to the full.
